1 General Terms and Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between fg22 ("we", "our", "platform") and the user ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to all services, gaming features, bonus offers, and payment operations on fg22.

fg22 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with prior notice. Continued use of the platform after an amendment is published will be considered as your automatic acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and use any service on fg22, you must be at least 21 years of age. We may request relevant documents for age verification at any time and reserve the right to temporarily suspend account activity until verification is complete.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all such accounts being closed, with any associated balances subject to forfeiture.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information carries the risk of account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on fg22 is ৳100 (per method). Currently accepted payment methods are:

• Rocket
• Bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)

The time for a deposit to reflect in your account may vary depending on the payment method and banking conditions.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Once a withdrawal request is approved, processing is generally completed within 1 hour. fg22 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in specific cases due to verification processes or security checks.

3.3 Withdrawal Prerequisites

Before any withdrawal, the account holder may be required to complete identity verification. Withdrawal via the same method used for deposit is preferred. fg22 reserves the right to cancel and investigate withdrawals in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

New members at fg22 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. For deposits of ৳14,000 or more, the maximum bonus cap of ৳10,000 applies, giving a total of ৳24,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, wagering requirements must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim promotions through multiple accounts will result in the bonus being cancelled and the associated account may be permanently closed.

5 VIP Program and Cashback

fg22 has four VIP tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

You have the opportunity to advance to higher tiers based on your activity and engagement. Benefits and terms related to VIP tiers are subject to change and members will be informed accordingly.

6 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fair Play Policy

fg22 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined impartially and the platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep your information secure.

6.2 List of Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing via bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Using another person's account or attempting to hack accounts
• Using the platform for any form of fraud or money laundering
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches in the platform
• Operating an account with a false identity or forged documents
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage

If such activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds and winnings will be forfeited. fg22 also reserves the right to take legal action where necessary.

7 Account Security and Privacy

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. Do not share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

• Confirmed use of an account by a minor

9.2 Member's Rights

A member may close their account at any time at their own request. It is advised to withdraw all valid balances before submitting a request to close the account.

10 Limitation of Liability

The fg22 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. fg22 is not liable for any loss caused by technical issues, internet connection disruptions, or third-party service failures.

Game outcomes are determined entirely by random and fair methods. No previous result guarantees any future result. fg22 makes no guarantee of financial gain from gaming.

11 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between fg22 and a member will first be addressed through negotiation. Members may submit any complaint directly to our support team. If a dispute remains unresolved, it will be settled through an arbitration process agreed upon by both parties.
